Booking Process:

  1. Share your corporate requirements
  2. Receive a customized proposal within 24–48 hours
  3. Confirm venue and services with advance booking
  4. Full event execution handled by Travolanka team

Advance Requirement:

  • 50% deposit required to secure venue and accommodation arrangements

FLEXIBILITY POLICY

  • Date adjustments permitted subject to availability

MICE & CORPORATE TRAVEL – CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival may receive a refund after deducting any supplier or administrative charges.
  • Cancellations made within 15–30 days before arrival may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival may be non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.
  • Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and possible additional charges.
  • Refund processing may take 14–21 working days.
