ITINERARY IN DETAIL
DAY 1: ARRIVAL – NEGOMBO
- Travel Details: Airport to Negombo – Approx. 15 km | 20–30 mins
- Program: Upon arrival at the airport, meet and greet by the representative and transfer to Negombo. Check in to the hotel and relax after your flight. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely city tour of Negombo, including the Dutch Canal, Negombo Fish Market, and the beautiful beach area. You may also enjoy a sunset walk along the beach or relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Negombo.
DAY 2: NEGOMBO to SIGIRIYA/DAMBULLA
- Travel Details: Distance: 147 km | Travel Time: Approx. 3 hrs
- Program: After breakfast at the hotel in Negombo, depart to visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Climb the ancient rock to explore its impressive frescoes, the Mirror Wall, and the remains of King Kashyapa’s palace at the summit, offering breathtaking panoramic views. (Optional: visit the Sigiriya Museum). In the evening, visit the serene Golden Temple of Dambulla.

DAY 3: SIGIRIYA – POLONNARUWA – MINNERIYA
- Travel Details: Distance: 60 km | Travel Time: Approx. 1 hr 15 min
- Program: After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Ancient City of Polonnaruwa. Explore the ancient city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its well-preserved ruins of palaces, temples, and statues reflecting the grandeur of Sri Lanka’s medieval capital. Highlights include the Royal Palace, Gal Vihara, and the stunning Parakrama Samudraya.
After lunch, embark on an exciting jeep safari at Minneriya National Park, where you can witness majestic herds of elephants and other wildlife in their natural habitat. After the safari, proceed to Polonnaruwa for check-in at the hotel.

DAY 4: POLONNARUWA to KANDY
- Travel Details: Distance: 140 km | Travel Time: Approx. 3 hrs 30 min
- Program: Following breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a revered Buddhist pilgrimage site housing a sacred relic of Lord Buddha.
Later, enjoy a leisurely city tour of Kandy including the scenic Kandy Lake, local markets, and gem and handicraft shops. In the evening, you may optionally attend a traditional Kandyan cultural dance performance. Return to your hotel for an evening of relaxation.
DAY 5: KANDY to ELLA
- Travel Details: Distance: 140 km | Travel Time: Approx. 3 hrs 50 min
- Program: After breakfast, proceed toward the picturesque mountain village of Ella, making a stop en route to visit a premium local tea factory and plantation to learn about Sri Lanka’s world-renowned tea production process.
Upon reaching Ella, visit the iconic Nine Arches Bridge, a stunning colonial-era engineering marvel surrounded by lush greenery. Continue onwards to the beautiful Ravana Falls for a scenic visit before checking into your hotel. Spend the evening enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and vibrant nightlife of Ella town.

DAY 6: ELLA (ALPINE VISTAS & CAFE CULTURE)
- Program: Wake up early to experience the breathtaking natural beauty of Ella. Begin the day with a refreshing trek up Little Adam’s Peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lush green valleys.
Later, enjoy a leisurely walk through the scenic tea plantations or choose to relax with a soothing spa session. In the evening, experience Ella’s vibrant café culture, sampling local cuisine or unwinding at a cozy mountain-view café.

Enjoy a relaxing walk along the fort walls and nearby beaches, followed by leisure time to explore cafés and local handicraft stores within the fort area.

DAY 8: GALLE to COLOMBO (URBAN INDULGENCE)
- Travel Details: Distance: Approx. 120 km | Travel Time: 2 hrs 30 min (Approx.)
- Program: After breakfast, depart from the coastal city of Galle and travel towards the commercial capital, Colombo. Upon arrival, visit the serene Gangaramaya Temple, a highly significant Buddhist site known for its cultural, architectural, and spiritual importance.
Continue to explore a boutique batik shop to experience Sri Lanka’s traditional textile art, followed by premium shopping at major city retail destinations such as Havelock City Mall. In the evening, check in to your hotel in Colombo and relax.

DAY 9: COLOMBO – DEPARTURE (JOURNEY CONCLUSION)
- Program: Enjoy a relaxed morning in Colombo after breakfast. Depending on your flight schedule and personal preferences, you may explore nearby cultural or historical attractions, relax at a street café, or complete last-minute souvenir shopping.
Later in the afternoon or evening, proceed with a comfortable transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure flight back home, marking the end of your journey.

- Medical Coverage: Emergency healthcare peace of mind. If any medical treatment is required for a group member, the company will cover all medical bills, including Doctor fees and medicine, up to 10,000 LKR.
- Daily Hydration: 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water (500ml) per person per day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Room Confirmations: All hotel rooms will be confirmed according to availability at the time of check-in, unless the client requests a guaranteed block booking with a 50% advance payment applied against the properties.
- Bespoke Tailoring: These special rates are explicitly calculated for the above program layout. If a specific destination needs to be seamlessly omitted or added, we can adjust and tailor-make the itinerary for your absolute convenience.
- Optional Excursions: Additional optional excursions can be provided during the trip, for which we will apply separate charges.
- Check-in & Check-out: Standard hotel check-in is at 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours. Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested but cannot be strictly guaranteed by the hotels.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: Completely free cancellation. Any advance payments made will be fully reimbursed (less standard international bank processing charges).
- 14 to 29 Days Prior to Arrival: A cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total booking value will be applied.
- 7 to 14 Days Prior to Arrival: A cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the total booking value will be applied.
- Less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival / No Show: A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be applied.
